Thanks Fritz! The address was in the PB cache.
I didn't disable it, just went in with a text editor and removed the addresses I use. Part of the problem is that I didn't recreate all the mailboxes on Exchange right away, so ASSP was receiving mail for a non-existent account for two weeks. That's why it got moved into the PB.
