Jika seorang suami marah terhadap isteri lalu mengatakan seperti ini 'kamu bolih ambil anak-anak'. atau 'biarkan saya hidup sendirian' dgn niat untuk keluar rumah. Dia tidak mengucapkan kalimah cerai tetapi sendiri bingung dengan apa yang diucapkan apabila kemarahannya reda. Apakah jatuh talak dalam hal ini?
