Assalamu'alaikum wa rahmatulloh Maaf, mohon konfirmasi ...Apakah ada peraturan pemerintah (Indonesia) yang mewajibkan warga / rakyatnya untuk mengibarkan bendera saat 17 Agustus, sehingga kita harus mentaatinya? karena sampai saat ini saya belum pernah mendengar atau membaca hal tersebut. Setau saya, yang dilakukan oleh kebanyakan orang, mengibarkan bendera adalah untuk ikut serta memperingati hari kemerdekaan RI, bukan karena mentaati peraturan pemerintah (jika memang ada). Lantas, bagaimana hukumnya "memperingati hari kemerdekaan?"
