Another lost bug.

Glenn, can't AST just import Heirloom mailx and add libast support on
top of that? Or does AST mailx have special features which warrant
that it's codebase should still be used despite its lack of working
IMAP/SSL support (which - in real world - presents the majority of
mail client users)?
