I have also been impressed so far with Teliax and David.
I think we will be pushing most of our business their way if the quality turns out to be as good as the support.
So far, after going through 4 or 5 providers, Teliax has my vote for the best (OK the only) support!
People that answer the phone at midnight are people that are going to burn out soon.
