I cannot actually comment on support since the quote was so high, like proprietary systems. We rolled our own with functions Aheeva didn't have and functions Aheeva had but we would not use. Custom dev probably came out a biz less than Aheeva and was totally integrated with the previously custom rolled CRM Another great product is UCN's InContact. It is a call center in the cloud at the carrier. Pricing is high but the features are awesome and you outsource your call center platform while keeping granular control of the operations.
