So I sent him an email with my request, and I get this:-

My question is, when did he say earlier that I need to contact customer 
services? I don't think i want to get involved with a guy who's running 35 
other services and still able to post replies on a mailing list.

Sent an email to Customer Services. I've got a feeling I know what they are 
going to say.....
