according to this debate, I would like to try snom 360 still more (features, opensource support, linux based) .... ;-) any good or bad experience with support from snom? or reliability of snom phones?

Indeed Polycom sounds very interesting. It looks very good on sound
quality and feature set.

Too bad the chipset is not pa1688 (now open source). :) I like to
