If you don't see why you are getting replies of this colour, you must have an ingrained inability to understand what does and does not constitute a question of a manageable scope. It must be sufficiently narrow and specific in order to be realistically addressable in this forum.
You can't just say, "Teach me everything there is to know about automatic dialers." Nobody's going to do that.
