on-asterisk, I am soon returning to Toronto and am curious as to your impressions of ISPs. I have been shopping around; my investigation led to magma, whom seems great but I am at an impasse due to the fact that I need to pay about $20/month for a phone line (they use Bell's DSL service), which I hadn't intended to use. My plan was to simply use my unlimitel voip account. Thus, this leaves me with rogers. Have you found a solution to this problem? I am hoping to find a service that is about the same as roger's $45 3MB down/800K up service. Most important I believe is to have an ISP that provides a QoS for voip; which I suspect the answer is there aren't any in the residential market today in Toronto (based on recent threads). Am I stuck with Rogers, or do I have another choice?
