Thanks to Mike, Dave and others who contributed really good suggestions.
I've incorporated most of these, and also moved the columns around for a
Z-fold
(not the widths yet, but the ordering of the columns).
There is yet another new draft PDF for y'all to look at at

This is getting close to printing, so any severe problems need to be
ferreted out now.

P.S. I know about the wrt54 not being transparent and about column#3
going off the bottom,
and the column widths are still not right.
