There is a variety of options for you (SIP to PSTN) for USA and Canada. It depends on what your volume is. If you want it for your personal use then you can use anything like unlimitel (which charges 4 c/min) per minute rate or something like vbuzzer ($7.99 whole month north america unlimited) unlimited flat rate. Though, these are not the only options and you can google for a lot better deals. Unlimitel doesn't have a flat rate so if you have more than 200 mins / month then go with some other provider.
