Hi, I recently installed a small Asterisk based system using Snom 360 phones.
One of the users is hard of hearing and claims that the sound is not clear and that he has a hard time hearing people and especially numbers on the phone. We went with the Snom's because I had heard they are good quality business phones. To my ears, the sound quality is just fine - Does anyone have any recommendations as to improving the sound quality for this user. Maybe using a different codec, or even a different phone brand that is known for helping the hearing challenged (as a last resort). Thanks Martin
