That's a good idea. Actually you don't even need to setup your
asterisk to work with SIPBroker, you can just register an account with
fwd or sipphone and use SIPBroker's gateway to reach the fwd/sipphone
network.

SIPbroker.com has been donated DIDs in a lot of countries, and while
complicated is easy to setup asterisk to receive calls from sipbroker
and drop into DISA to enable you to dial another number.
