Hi Andrew, well I am using GXP 2000 phones that have a "hold" button
My client's staff keep putting people on hold and tend to forget them.
Their last system (Toshiba) used to alert the person after about 60 sec.
I'll look into Call Park but I didn't really want to give them another
feature code to remember.

Henry
