Hi Jim, I guess I would want to know what the Grandstream GXP 2000 does
when the hold button is pressed?
Does it put the channel on hold at the phone or does it have some magic
code or packet that tells * to put the call on hold at the server.?
There is no feature code to put the call on hold so it must be in the SIP
protocol itself. If this is true then I will have to build the feature
using
something like a call park function

Thanks Henry
