Is the phone putting the person on hold (i.e. is Asterisk still under the impression that there is a conversation between the phone and the caller), or is Asterisk putting the caller on hold due to a request from the phone's "Hold" button? If it's the latter, this should be fairly simple to correct. If it's the former, is it possible to reprogram the hold button to do what you want? I am *not* familiar with these particular phones. -A.
