The service is still available, it has just been moved onto the main Digium site (and the price has gone up).
Those who have credits on the old system are advised to "use 'em or lose 'em". Once they are gone, new credits will have to be bought at the new price. I can't remember what the new price is, but it's a large percentage more than the old. Having said that, it's still a really good price for professional prompts, especially in the official system voice!
