Hi all, I have a problem which hopefully can be solved. I am using Trixbox One of the undocumented features is the ability to Press "0" to divert a call from voice mail to an live attendant (ext 200) The attendant position (Grandstream GXP 2000) has to be able to display the incoming DID/Trunk discription or extension user name that the caller tried to call "doesn't matter which"
So the receptionist needs to be able to answer "Hello this is the ABC company" or this is the XYZ company depending on the incoming trunk/DID or extension DID extension username (it just displays to CID now) Thank for reading this jumbled message I know should try the Trixbox forum but I find their website difficult to work with.
