Henry, It would take some work to integrate this into trixbox, but Asterisk would certainly allow you to prepend the called party info in a form like "416-NXX-XXXX for 234 Dave Donovan". If you didn't care about the Caller ID, you could just put in the callee info like "from abc co, x234, David Donovan". That would make it super easy for the receptionist to just say "Thank you for calling ABC Company, I'm sorry Mr Donovan isn't available right now....." I hope this helps. Dave
