This is the dwindling downward spiral of capitalism gone crazy. These companies are so devoid of actually producing competitive products and services that they have to cheat to sustain growth for their shareholders. Is it any wonder that the US is in trouble, companies in China and India don't "litigate" to survive they "produce". The net result of this is that companies will move there HQ to places where they don't care who invented the "message waiting lamp" or the LED. and are afforded protection against these "low life" predators. That my 2 cents.... Where's my gin and tonic?
