I have some customers using x-lite soft phone to connect to my Asterisk box to make outgoing calls. Each time when I create their account, I send them detail instructions on how to configure the soft phone.
I am wondering if I can make a soft phone preconfigured for them so all they need to do is enter their user name and password and can use it. These users are not that computer savvy and sometimes it takes hours to have them enter these ip addresses, port information and etc. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Syed
