SJPhone has that kind of feature. You can create a profile (which is saved as an .ini file) and then the users need to load that profile and enter their user and password.

I have some customers using x-lite soft phone to connect to my Asterisk box to make outgoing calls. I am wondering if I can make a soft phone preconfigured for them so all they need to do is enter their user name and password and can use it.
