Keep in mind that the 8x24 cannot support T1/PRI, and target line support
probably only works on E&M cards in an expansion module.

I hope those are FXO ports in your channel bank, as the ATA2 delivers FXS. 

In this scenario it is important to understand that the Norstar will not
provide disconnect supervision, so this might not be the most robust way to
handle interconnection between the systems.

Norstar does not support SMDI, so a big part of the challenge is having
asterisk pass message notification to the sets.
