Hi Mark,

You have several options, and here's a simple one:

1. on the * side:
- configure * to use an external IP: set externip in sip.conf
- do a port forwarding on the router for port 5060 to the internal IP of *
- configure the rtp ports in rtp.conf
- do a port forwarding on the router for rtp port range to the
internal IP of *

2. on the extensions side:
- enable STUN on the 2 remote extensions
- provision the SIP server with the public IP of the *

It should all work now.

Hi all, i have a need to put 2 extensions at a remote site. it does have fixed
IP but it is NAT, and the host (* 1.4) is NATted also. is there an easy way
to get both extensions to work in this situation? Would it be better/faster
to just run a second * & use IAX?
thanks...
