Is there a particular SIP sdk you recommend to do that sort of thing?
Maybe one with a ready-made cross-platform GUI?

Hi Reza,

I would suggest the best way to implement this without using any messaging
api is;

Using the SIP SDK to built your own soft phone. I think using the SIP SDK
built a soft phones is easy and simple.

When u recive the call on your own softphones u know the callerid ; then
using that caller id to get the details from the ddatabase and display.

I hope this will help.

Thanks
Lloyd
