OK, on the TDMoE front: therefore what product do you recommend...
Spidermux?? I looked at that too and I believe they are in the same boat as
Xorcom in being the only purveyor of one particular connectivity technology
(or please tell me my research sucks and there are lots more :-)) I also
have a nagging issue of the risk going in with a product that is the only
player in a particular market. The good news can be the price point you get
in at. However if it fails to perform then you have to pony up for the more
expensive solution at your own cost.

That's a 2-strike customer: They are already pissed because the solution
isn't performing, and now you lost all your margin and are burning support
dollars supporting/handholding them.
