Bell offers "Single Number Reach" which may be an option for you. Although it is considered a Virtual number, you won't have a hard line into anywhere.
The downside is that I'm not sure about the long distance charges to forwarding to St. Catharines. Although others on the list could probably attest to the reliability of SNR better than I, I would say it could be a good option for you, and fairly reasonably priced.
