Hey Leif. I determined that setting the recordings at the global level did not work for me. I had to add the format and mixmonitor setting specifically in the context of every queue or it would not record.
I haven't gone back over it with a fine tooth comb so there is still a chance I missed something in the configuration but ultimately this is how I solved the recording problem.
