Linksys WRT54GS (I think the current model is WRT54GL) works great for me. Mind you I have installed DD-WRT firmware, and configured QOS based on MAC address.

I include the MAC's for my external FXSs and FXOs and the * box.

Without it, ftp downloads, torrents etc make VOIP unusable. With it, VOIP runs perfect even with high traffic.

If you and/or teenagers are downloading torrents, you may with to increase your TCP connection table to at least 2048 connections.

I'm using 3Megabit  DSL here.
