None of my other sales reps have any issues with Asterisk and Xlite... one user 
in particular is having issues with HUGE delays after a number of minutes of 
talking. It just gets worse and worse.

It appears that QOS settings in X-lite have some affect on what happens, but I 
can't reference anything that indicates a proper setting.

Basically, I don't want that huge delay, quality is of course important but 
being able to have a conversation is the priority. You simply can't when there 
is a 10 second delay.

Can anyone make suggestions as to what might fix this issue?
