Now, can you please expand a bit on the Soft phone and ActiveX a bit? For example, by ActiveX you mean running the x-lite soft phone so the user can make a call or to automatically install the soft phone, configure it, and bridge calls to it? Thanks,Bruce

The process should be client side and it is possible. If the CRM allow customization and CRM user using Windows OS and IE as Operating system use a SoftPhone ActvieX Control to achive this target. Simply Insert a Custom Text field and couple of buttons ( Answer, Call , Transfer and Hold).
