Er, not exactly. Both do dynamic content, but they don't run the same
content at all.
Microsoft had their own implementation of the Java Virtual Machine,
called something
obvious like Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. It's been discontinued in
favor of using
Sun's implementation on Microsoft OSes where Java is called for.
