Yes I have several customers down right now. This happened on the same
switch about 2 months ago. When emailing the support team I did get
this response:

"We currently have a Master Ticket: #10364 opened to reflect the outage, please
refer to this ticket # for updates

Product: Voice - Unlimitel
Title: Unlimitel customers registered on sip06.unlimitel.ca unable to
place calls
Device: SIP06.unlimitel.ca
Location: All Locations"

However I'm unsure how to access the master ticket.
