Yes although you will need a good line of Site/Fresnel, depending on whats between the two sites noise wise you may opt for a different frequency radios to ensure you have good success.

If you've not done alot of wireless deploys, its probably worth pony'ing up for a survery to ensure you have a workable line of site. (physical vs Fresnel is not the same thing)

http://www.ubnt.com if you want to browse there gear (1.4gigbit radios aka airfibre, comming too), there are a couple canadian wisps heavily using there gear which you can always lean on for quick answers.

Will that work reliably over that sort of distance. Another brand I've work with is Ceragon, but IIRC, the requirements are a bit beyond the gear I've worked with.
