Try running "rtp set debug on" at the Asterisk CLI, and see where it's sending your RTP packets for these calls. If you see it sending packets, but not receiving any, you'll know it's an inbound FW issue, and you likely need to forward the correct RTP ports. If you see it sending somewhere it shouldn't be, then there's a problem with the sip.conf settings somewhere - externip, externhost, localnet, etc. - check those.
As Brian mentioned, this is typically a firewall issue. Since the source and destination for RTP traffic are both external, lots of firewalls can't handle this case where they can send calls that originate within the network just fine. You've posted your FW configuration, but are those ports also forwarded/NATed to the correct IP? -- Alex Robar [email protected] Google+: gplus.to/alexrobar Facebook: facebook.com/alex.robar Twitter: twitter.com/alex_robar On Thu, Jun 27, 2013 at 9:53 AM, Chuck Mariotti <[email protected]>wrote: > Using PBXinaFlash… latests build.**** > > ** ** > > I can receive calls at an extension, no problem.**** > > I can make calls from an extension, no problem.**** > > The above are calls to cell phone and land line, no problems.**** > > If I turn Following Me on and forward to a cell phone and land line… the > above two work as expected, extension works, and the cell and land line > ring.
