I don't have direct experience with the eBox systems, but based on 
what's included you won't have any problems with the via processor.  You 
might consider the model with the rear-accessible CF if it is bootable.  
That way students could provide their own CF and a usb thumb drive and 
have their own system.

Pricing seems reasonable, and the VIA processor will outperform the 
Geode although for your purposes, both should be adequate.
