Paul,

  I haven't looked at the hardware yet but I did notice that there is
$40 shipping to the US (presumably with a long delay), bringing the
total to more like $325.  That's still pretty good but I wish were a
little more upfront about it.

  Again, without knowing the hardware a good image to start with is
geni586.  It will probably work just fine.
