Yes. It's in /etc/rc.conf (also accessible under General-->Setup-->Edit
rc.conf in the web UI).
Look for the following:

EXTNM="x.x.x.x"
EXTGW="x.x.x.x"
DNS="x.x.x.x x.x.x.x"
