This is just fine John, the runnix.img.gz is based off a 1G CF card,  
but only the first 128M matter, so CF cards less than 1G will show  
this error, no problem.

After you created hda2 with fdisk, then rebooted, then "genunion /dev/ 
hda2" creates the filesystem for you.

This is a problem, it should read "asturw=/dev/hda2"
