No, sorry.

I will have to pass to Darrick, but it appears as if in

/trunk/target/initrd/target_skeleton/linuxrc

$ASTURW is set to /dev/loop1 instead of /dev/hda2

and that is the source of all the problems, and somehow a geni586  
build triggers this.

But, I have no clue why this would be... unless there was a problem  
with the build.

I'm stumped.
