Sure. Almost all of the zaptel hardware is supported. Specifically, Digium, Rhino and Sangoma. There is support for Pika Technology hardware, but there are some changes required to get it to compile properly. There are a few odd-ball pieces of hardware from OpenVox which would require some patching to work, but it's all possible in Astlinux.
I have several net5501's with the 8 port Rhino cards (and one install with the 24 port card, (7 FXO lines and 3 FXS). The 24 port card won't fit in the case, but the 8 port cards fit perfectly.
