What zaptel hardware are you using? What is ZAPMODS set to in your rc.conf file? (cat /etc/rc.conf |grep ZAP). Can you paste a copy of your zapata.conf and zaptel.conf files? I have a half-dozen or more systems running 0.6.2 with zaptel hardware and have had no problems. The hardware ranges from the original TDM400p hardware to the new 8 port digium card and the 8 port Rhino cards so I have a wide range of Zaptel hardware covered (and it's all working).
