To eliminate all variables, I have loaded the 0.6.2 image from sourceforge
and untar'd the extra sounds package onto the flash. I have this running now
and will see if it is stable.
As for including the extra sounds package in the build... the only way to
make it fit into the ram is to use GSM format only for both the core sounds
and extra sounds... so I have to change makeopts for both core and extra. I
don't believe that it is necessary to have ulaw for either sound package...
who cares if gsm is slightly lower quality and the sum of core gsm + extra
gsm is less than the sum of core gsm + core ulaw. I prefer the additional
sounds over higher quality.

Examining my configuration, I recently added the growl.agi script that
someone posted here recently. Maybe that is causing problems... so I have
commented it out also.
