Hi Tod,

This is an older model of AudioCodes but you can find cheap in stock
somewhere maybe. I cheked and it is no longer listed on the site.

I use MP118/4FXS-4FXO regularly and apart from some asterisk based
configuration hacks needed to handle multiple users from the same IP these
devices are the way to go to offload G729 and G711 transcoding and keep
Asterisk hardware specs to a minimum.
