This will not work with AstLinux as long as we continue to use uClibc. 
Digium doesn't even have full source code.  They receive a binary blob 
from Skype for certain parts of their code.

Your best bet would be to use some Skype to sip option.  Last I looked 
there was something called siptosis or something like that which might work.
