Hi Tom, did you do the intercom setting like that? http://asterisk.snom.com/index.php/Asterisk_1.4/Intercom Regarding the sounds: you can choose the format of the sound files, when you install them, on the "System Tab/Asterisk Sound Packages". I also always use alaw.
