Fernando,
In users.cfg add a line something like
"user=1234:4242:dial,transfer,pickup,meetme,preferences" , 1234 and 4242 are
respectively login and password.

Lonnie,
I did restarted the server after installing and configuring FOP. I also
reloaded after editing users.conf.
I am using https.
It ask me for:
Extension:
Password:
But no matter what I enter I get a "Trying to connect to server" and a count up.
