Greetings, I just discovered I need to enable EMPULSE in Dahdi. Looking over the archives, I see that it's best done by building a development system and recompiling AstLinux and creating a new image. Is that still true or is there an alternative?
Is there a way to just replace the Dahdi drivers or will I have to rebuild the entire AstLinux machine? Can future upgrades to AstLinux/Asterisk be made without changing Dahdi?
