Rajkumar -

Thanks! I will address that when I return to hostapd.

Kyle gave me some suggestions, one of which was to see if the hardware would
work as a client. It got an IP address fresh
out of the box from my ISPs AP. I didn't take it any further than that!

I did spend about 10 minutes browsing the web with NO 802.11 security in
place. It was slow, but everything else I work on
is wired! Everything loaded, so I conclude that the hardware is up to the job.
I have to reconfigure everything again once
WPA_Supp' gets an IP address over it.

WPA_Supplicant is not completing the four way handshake now! The AP seems
to send everything ahead of WPA_Supp'. It also
only gets to the 4-way when I have a monitor I/F configured. The RF readings
bely belief, but I think I can get a good ground
in that room to clean things up!

I had to do a lot of reconfiguring to get all of the security functions out
of the way. Digging through all of that, and
making it presentable is gonna take some time. Oh, and I have paycheck to earn
outside of this.

I appreciate your time! My future evidence will be much more effective!
Crawl, Walk, Run as they say!
